About Us

We're building the platform for creating consumer-facing AI voice agents. Phone calls have long had a bad reputation. All of us have been stuck in long waiting queues, dealt with unhelpful support agents, or listened to endless hold music. Even though voice is the most natural way to communicate, it has never scaled for businesses. We believe that every B2C company in the world - from energy providers, to telecoms, to insurances - will have AI voice agents that interact with their customers. The number of business-to-consumer conversations over the phone is going to explode in the coming years. As LLMs get better and better it will become an absolute no-brainer to use voice agents to provide consumers with a great experience. The opportunity is massive and we know we can win.

About the Role

This is the perfect role for someone early in their career (e.g. recent grad) who wants to get deep exposure to how startups operate, work directly with customers, and help scale AI products in the real world. As an AI Operations Intern, you'll work closely with the founders across both onboarding/agent development and customer success, supporting our team in making customers successful with telli.

You'll help onboard new customers, develop AI agents, support existing accounts, and build the processes that help us scale.

What You'll Do

Customer Ownership & Operations

  1. Support pilot accounts and help customers get live with AI agents
  2. Assist with customer communications, answer questions, and resolve basic issues
  3. Help track agent performance and customer health metrics
  4. Support customer workshops and training sessions

Agent Development

  1. Help build and refine AI agents alongside the team
  2. Support workflow creation for onboarding and pilot management
  3. Work with automation tools (n8n, Zapier) to improve internal efficiency
  4. Document best practices and playbooks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Help translate customer feedback into insights for product and engineering teams
  2. Support operational tasks that help telli scale
  3. Prepare materials for customer and team meetings
  4. Jump in wherever needed to move projects forward

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You really enjoy working with customers and help them succeed
  • You're tech-savvy (or have a semi-technical background)
  • You're an excellent communicator in both English and German - especially writing
  • You've experimented with AI agents or workflows and understand topics like prompt engineering
  • You're organized, hands-on, and not afraid of unglamorous work
  • You're early in your career and hungry to learn fast

  • You have a pure business background but never worked with workflows or AI agents
  • You only like 'strategic' work
  • You want to work 9-5 or remotely
