5.1 Axira AI Audio & Transcript Retention

What we store • Your audio responses • Machine-generated transcripts • Basic analytics (e.g. talk time) How long All Axira AI data is kept for 7 days, no exceptions. Automatic deletion After 7 days we permanently erase audio, transcripts and analytics no backups retained.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct or delete your data
• Object to certain processing (e.g., profiling)
• Withdraw consent for non-essential uses
