Founders Are Hiring (“FAH”) is a subscription-based SaaS platform that provides AI-driven founder-to-talent matchmaking, automated candidate vetting, interview scheduling, and hiring analytics as an all-in-one service. Our community includes startup founders seeking exceptional talent and professionals pursuing meaningful opportunities in early-stage companies.

Customers pay FAH directly for access to our software and value-added features on a flat-fee or recurring-subscription basis. FAH does not collect, hold, or disburse funds between employers and job seekers, nor do we operate as a classifieds job board.

FAH monitors and moderates content and interactions to ensure safety and professionalism. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform at any time. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

Guidelines for Platform Content

We may suspend accounts or remove content within 24 hours if flagged and found to violate any of the following:

Content that is illegal in the country of the job or hiring company, or in any jurisdiction where fah operates.
Any form of harassment including offensive, threatening, or inappropriate comments or messages based on gender, age, appearance, disability, race, religion, or sexual orientation; threats; stalking; or repeated unsolicited contact.
Racist, sexist, discriminatory, or hate-based material
Pornographic, explicit, or obscene content
NSFW, offensive, inflammatory, or demeaning materials
Phishing, scamming, or attempts at unauthorized financial interactions
False, exaggerated, or misleading claims about roles, companies, compensation, or equity
Use by third-party recruiters unaffiliated with the startup
Duplicate or misleading company profiles

No warnings for obvious violations. You’re responsible for knowing the law where you hire, and for everything you post.

Guidelines for Founders and Employers

Founders and employers are expected to:

Provide accurate details about their company, including team size and funding stage
Clearly define role responsibilities, expectations, and compensation structures
Respond to matches and messages in a timely, respectful manner
Maintain professionalism and transparency in all communication
Honor the founder-led hiring promise initial outreach or interviews should be conducted by a founder or executive
Use FAH in accordance with their subscription agreement

Guidelines for Job Seekers and Professionals

Job seekers are expected to:

Present truthful and up-to-date information in their profiles
Engage only with relevant roles that match their experience or interest
Respond promptly and respectfully to founder messages
Attend interviews as scheduled or give timely notice if unavailable
Uphold a high level of professionalism in all platform interactions
Provide honest feedback through our feedback tools to improve the experience

Platform Quality and Service Standards

To maintain a trusted ecosystem, FAH:

Verifies that company profiles are created by authorized startup representatives
Requires minimum company information before access is granted
Uses AI algorithms to maintain high-quality matches
Solicits and reviews user feedback for continuous platform improvement
May restrict or terminate accounts that degrade platform trust or misuse software features

Subscription and Service Terms

FAH operates on a subscription model users pay directly for platform access and premium tools
We provide software technology only we are not an intermediary in employment contracts or payments
All hiring decisions and employment terms are managed directly by users
Subscription levels and terms are governed by our service agreements

Intellectual Property

Users must not upload, share, or represent content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property. This includes unauthorized use of logos or proprietary content in listings or communications.

Dispute Resolution

If you experience a dispute with another user, please attempt direct resolution first. If needed, email [email protected] for guidance. FAH does not mediate employment contracts, negotiations, or legal disputes between users.

Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these guidelines to reflect platform improvements, legal changes, or service modifications. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notices or email to active users.
