  2. Exact URLs of the infringing content - be specific.
  3. A description of the original work - that you claim is being used without permission.
  4. A statement of good faith - that you believe the use is not authorized by the rights holder.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury - that the information you’ve provided is accurate and you are the owner or legally authorized to act.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

  • We'll review your request within 72 hours.
  • If we agree the content is infringing, we may remove it or disable access.
  • The user who posted it may be notified and given the chance to submit a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe a takedown request against your content was submitted in error:

  1. Send a reply to [email protected].
  2. Include your full contact info and the URL(s) of the content that was removed.
  3. Provide a sworn statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Confirm your willingness to cooperate with the complaining party if legal action follows.
  5. Include your signature.

If valid, we may reinstate the content within 10-14 business days, unless legal action is initiated.
