Role Overview

We are TimeSec Zeitmanagement GmbH, a young SaaS company from Berlin (founded 06/2023), with a clear mission: To make the construction industry more efficient through simple, fair, and digital solutions. With our digital time tracking solution, we are increasingly developing into a digital construction site management system – together with our customers from construction & crafts.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the central interface between product and customer. You will guide prospects and customers in digitizing their processes – from the initial demo to successful everyday use.

  1. Conducting online demos & product presentations
  2. Advising customers on digitizing their processes
  3. Accompanying prospects to the decision (including closing)
  4. Supporting existing customers & expanding collaboration
  5. Assisting with onboarding & implementation
  6. Presenting TimeSec at events & functions
  7. Close collaboration with product & sales

Qualification

  1. Very good German language skills (C2 / native speaker)
  2. Enjoy direct customer contact
  3. Interest in digitalization & SaaS
  4. Openness, strong communication skills & empathy
  5. Solution-oriented thinking
  6. No fear of presentations or conversations
  7. Ideally, initial experience in customer contact (not a must)
