Role Overview

We are cutting old ties and combining the car with the bicycle. With our concept for the assignment of company cars, we ensure a breath of fresh air. This increases efficiency and promotes a sustainable mobility culture.

Do you want to contribute your knowledge and commitment to ensuring that our customers feel well looked after? Then join our leasing team as a Customer Service Representative.

You will be the contact person for employers and their employees, for suppliers and service providers. You coordinate, follow up, and clarify disruptions. This is sometimes strenuous, but never boring.

In April 2026, we will move into our new office building in Berlin-Halensee. It is only 100 m away from the S-Bahn station Halensee and offers sufficient parking space for employees who use a JobBike, JobCar, or their own vehicle.

Responsibilities

  1. Consultation of customers on contract matters
  2. Coordination of orders with customers and suppliers
  3. Approval of purchase and sales invoices
  4. Clarification of disruptions with the parties involved

Qualifications

  1. Commercial training or degree
  2. Interest in mobility topics
  3. Understanding of economic contexts
  4. Good numerical understanding
  5. Structured and forward-looking way of working
  6. Familiar with MS Office programs
  7. Good German language skills (from C1)
