With less than 24 months since launch, we are already adding over 7 figures of ARR per month. We have assembled a strong team of engineers, AI researchers, and patent attorneys.
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Motion Graphics Designer to be instrumental in our company's growth and product launches. Your primary focus will be leading our social media motion graphics promotions, collaborating closely with our design, Go-to-Market (GTM), and product teams.
- Develop a scalable, user-centric motion design system for all products on our platform.
- Collaborate with design, GTM, and product teams to animate and bring scripts to life.
- Partner with the design team to create embeddable animation assets for the product experience.
- Conduct quality assurance on designs and creative assets to ensure they are polished, on-brand, and ready for release.
- Contribute to efficient execution and shipment of products that deliver value and impact to our customers.
- Sanj (Chief Research Officer and co-founder): Holds a PhD in AI and an MSci in Physics from the University of Cambridge. He has a strong background in AI research, open-source LLM projects, and experience at Magic Carpet AI and Blockchain.com.
- Chris (Chief Executive Officer and co-founder): Possesses a PhD in AI, a Master's from the University of Cambridge, and an undergraduate degree from Imperial College London. His experience includes roles at leading tech organizations like Dyson, The Alan Turing Institute, and InstaDeep.
- Angus (Chief Technology Officer and co-founder): Holds an MEng in Computer Science from the University of Bristol and has worked at Qualcomm and Coremont LLP (Brevan Howard).
You will also collaborate with our talented team of AI researchers, software engineers, patent attorneys, and GTM experts.

As our first Motion Designer, you should have extensive experience with motion graphics.
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in Motion Graphics. You must be capable of producing videos comparable in quality to those released by ElevenLabs (refer to their Series C announcement video for benchmarks). Your portfolio should showcase this capability.
- Ability to translate complex technical products and features into engaging, intuitive, and professional motion graphics and animations.
- Capacity to navigate and deliver in ambiguous environments.
- Self-directed, solution-oriented, with a strong ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skill in using motion to narrate user experiences, considering user behaviors, needs, and emotions.
- Exceptional process thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong understanding of basic animation principles, including those related to physics and patterns.
- Proficiency in After Effects and Figma.
- Low ego, collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and open-mindedness.
- Creative thinking to establish and execute the vision for team initiatives.
Preferred:
- Experience with branding, growth, social media, and promotional videos.
- Familiarity with animation applications like Rive and Lottie.
