You’ll be the tip of the spear across sales, growth, and early customer success. This is a full-stack GTM role where you’ll experiment, iterate, and execute at speed.
- Own the full GTM motion from high-touch outbound to scalable growth loops
- Design and test outbound sequences, onboarding flows, and activation levers
- Run experiments across the funnel to increase conversion, engagement, and velocity (think: A/B testing cold emails, optimizing CTAs, testing pricing/messaging, etc.)
- Build automated and semi-automated outbound engines using AI tools like Persana, Smartlead, Instantly, and Zapier
- Identify and execute growth hacks and channel experiments to unlock new acquisition routes (e.g., influencer-led GTM, community outreach, viral campaigns)
- Help craft product-led growth (PLG) onboarding experiences and trial flows
- Build and maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline owning deals end-to-end (15–45 day cycles)
- Run multi-threaded deals with C-level buyers in Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Growth
- Translate user feedback into product & messaging insights; shape roadmap alongside the CEO
- Set up and continuously optimize tooling (Hubspot, ChatGPT, CRM enrichment, warm-up tools, etc.)
- Lay the foundation for building a growth and GTM team as we scale
You’re a hybrid: part sales closer, part growth hacker, part product whisperer. You’re not afraid to cold email a CMO in the morning and spin up a funnel experiment in the afternoon.
You likely have:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales + growth experience, preferably at Seed–Series B startups
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and revenue from scratch
- Strong grasp of modern growth tactics, including outbound automation, onboarding flows, PLG loops, referral/viral systems, and funnel optimization
- Deep experience with AI & sales tech stacks: ChatGPT, Hubspot, Smartlead, Instantly, Persana/Clay etc.
- High proficiency in prompt engineering, outreach personalization, and workflow building
- Familiarity with tools like Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Webflow, or no-code tools is a plus
- Comfort with ambiguity, scrappy environments, and wearing multiple hats
- Strong writing and communication skills you know how to sell with clarity and style
- Deep understanding of the AI/LLM landscape and its GTM implications
- Content creator/have a knack for creating virality
- Events/meetups coordination with decision makers
