Role Overview

This role focuses on providing frontline IT support to ensure smooth operations for over 700 employees. The IT Support Specialist will triage help desk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS, and manage device deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve help desk tickets promptly.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS systems.
  • Image and deploy new devices.
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory/Azure AD.
  • Provide basic support for Exchange/M365 tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist with device onboarding using Autopilot/Intune.
