Application Process:

  1. Get to know each other: 30-minute call with a recruiter. Language: English.
  2. Main interview: 45-minute call with the Head of Sales. Language: German.
  3. Get to know each other: 30-minute call with a co-founder. Language: German.

Responsibilities

  • You will play a crucial role in Lumiform’s success by being responsible for lead generation, prospect qualification and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and challenges.
  • Contact prospects via phone, email, and social media to inform them about the Lumiform software and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, updating information and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • You will continuously educate yourself about the Lumiform application, industry trends, and best practices in sales development.

Qualifications

MUST HAVES:

  • You speak fluent German (native level) and English – both written and spoken.
  • You want to work and grow in sales! Do not hesitate to apply even if you do not have any experience in software sales yet.
  • You are already based in Berlin and ready to visit the office 3 times a week.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and good time management, to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • You are resilient, and handling objections is one of your strengths.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • You work as well independently as within a team and bring a strong sense of cooperation and responsibility.
  • Passion for technology, startups, and sales.

GOOD TO HAVES:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in Sales Development or an Inside Sales role, ideally in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment.
