Responsibilities

  1. Manage semi-monthly US payroll for 3,000+ employees using Workday, processing hires, terminations, status changes, garnishments, 401(k) feeds, and equity transactions.
  2. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll/tax inquiries.
  3. Provide administrative support for Canada and Latin America.
  4. Collaborate with Finance and auditors for SOX and 401(k) audits.
  5. Maintain payroll records.
