Products like catheters, wound dressings, diabetes supplies, etc. aren't sold through pharmacies. Instead, 50B+ of these products are ordered by doctors for their patients via fax every year. We're bringing this market online.

Your Impact: How You'll Help Us Heal a Broken System
As a Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be shaping the future of at-home care. You'll be a key part of the team, working closely with customers & internal teams to define exactly what needs to be built. Our engineers deeply understand our users’ and internal needs, which has been a big key to our success.
Within your first year, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build software for hospitals and patients that will make their lives easier.
- Find creative solutions to complex technical and product problems.
- Build prototypes fast, but with a path in mind to turn them into robust systems over time.
- Operate with a lot of independence and responsibility in solving complex issues.
- Work with relevant stakeholders outside of engineering to figure out the right solutions to issues.

Core Skills & Experience:
- At least 4 years experience building, shipping, and maintaining full-stack applications in a production environment.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or other relevant technical focuses.
- Proficiency in building applications with both backend (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript) and frontend (e.g., React, Vue) technologies.
- A strong command of SQL and experience designing and querying relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- The ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work Environment & Location
- This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of our new San Francisco hub. This role will begin as remote for candidates based in the Bay Area. As we finalize our downtown SF office (expected in the coming months), this role will transition to a hybrid model, with a requirement of 4 days per week in the office. You will play a critical role in shaping the engineering culture and team structure of our West Coast presence.
