Role Overview

Lead client engagements to analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for pharma and medtech clients.   • Lead supply chain optimization and end-to-end visibility initiatives for pharma and medtech clients.

  • Analyze processes and design improvements leveraging technology and data analytics.

  • Manage client engagements, ensuring successful project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.

  • Coach and mentor project teams, fostering professional development and high performance.

  • Drive transformation projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate supply chain risks.

  • Uphold professional and technical standards throughout all project phases.## Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain management, particularly within the pharma and medtech industries.

  • Proficiency in data analytics and supply chain management software.

  • Strong project management and client engagement skills.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.

  • Solid understanding of technology and analytics applications in supply chain.## Additional Details

  • Locations: Multiple locations across the US, including hybrid work arrangements.

  • Salary: 99K-232K Annually (for some roles)
