We’re RetailReady (YC W24), an AI-powered supply chain compliance engine shaking up an antiquated (and yes, unsexy) industry. Since YC, we raised a $3.3M seed round and signed over 15 enterprise customers… we’re officially in scaling mode.

What We Build

RetailReady is the first AI-powered compliance engine designed for retail supply chains. We automate the messy web of compliance requirements between brands, warehouses, and retailers, turning weeks of manual work into minutes of automation. Our platform integrates deeply with warehouse operations and connects with customer systems via EDI and APIs.

We don’t just build dashboards. We build the nervous system of compliance inside a warehouse.

The Role

We’re hiring an Associate Product Manager to work directly with our Technical Product Lead and drive day-to-day product execution. You’ll own QA, write clear specs, organize feedback, and keep features moving across engineering and customers. This role is built for someone who wants to grow into a full PM.

What You’ll Do

  1. Run QA for new features (flows, edge cases, reproducible steps)
  2. Write product specs, docs, and release notes
  3. Help scope tickets with engineering (acceptance criteria, edge cases)
  4. Communicate product updates to customers
  5. Triage bugs and organize feedback into actionable insights
  6. Maintain internal product knowledge + workflows
  7. Support the product lead across planning, execution, and releases

What We’re Looking For

  1. Strong communicator; clean writing, clear thinking
  2. Detail-oriented and organized
  3. Comfortable learning technical and industry concepts (APIs, EDI, warehouse flows)
  4. Hungry to grow into product management
  5. Thrives in fast-paced, in-person environments

Bonus: supply chain or 3PL experience, QA background, implementation experience, or exposure to EDI/APIs.
