Role Overview

We are hiring a Client Account Specialist to own billing accuracy and the client experience around it, ensuring every property manager on our platform receives clear, correct, and on-time billing.

What You'll Do

Billing & Client Support

  1. Act as the primary billing contact for property managers.
  2. Update our Insurance Operating System (IOS) to reflect client requests and changes.

Accuracy & Revenue

  1. Keep billing structures in the IOS accurate.
  2. Spot revenue-flow improvements and collaborate with engineering to implement them.
  3. Build dashboards to visualize billing performance for leadership.

Process & Enablement

  1. Create training videos and tools to enhance the client billing experience.
  2. Write playbooks for billing support, validation, and troubleshooting.
  3. Standardize processes to prevent workflow breakdowns.

What We're Looking For

  1. Sharp attention to detail and a strong instinct for data integrity.
  2. Ability to clearly explain technical and billing issues to non-technical individuals.
  3. Proactive, organized, and takes ownership.
  4. Comfortable working in-person, 5 days a week, in a fast-paced startup environment.
