About GoSats

GoSats is India's simplest onramp to assets. About the Role

You will own day-to-day finance operations at GoSats - bookkeeping, monthly close, GST, TDS, payroll, vendor payments, audit prep, and financial reporting. You will maintain audit-ready books and prepare the company for any future diligence. You will manage relationships with chartered accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.

Required Skills

  1. 5+ years as a Finance Controller, Senior Manager Finance, or AVP Finance
  2. CA qualified or equivalent (CPA, CMA acceptable)
  3. Strong hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or NetSuite
  4. Deep knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS, FEMA
  5. Experience preparing for due diligence (Series A or B)
  6. Familiarity with international entities (Singapore, US) and cross-border transactions

Bonus

  1. Has taken a startup through a funding round diligence
  2. Experience with payment industry / fintech financial reporting
  3. Familiarity with crypto/digital asset accounting
