  1. Built full-stack products from 0 to 1. You've shipped things people actually use.
  2. You love to talking to users.
  3. You can work across the entire stack on whatever needs building.
  4. You've worked at a startup where you owned features end-to-end and made product decisions.
  5. Pragmatic about engineering decisions. You know when to ship and when to polish
  6. Should be one of the most AI enabled engineers in the world. You should have at least 2 agents running right now. We have an unlimited AI budget for all team members…and that should make you ridiculously excited.
