We’re looking for our first growth hire. This is a great opportunity to learn, take ownership, and set a foundation for rapid career growth.
## What you’ll be doing
You will be a primary player to help bring us from product-market fit to scale and beyond. You’ll help own the entire growth stack:
1. Strategize and iterate with founders on best strategies to build awareness of our company and product
2. Design growth experiments by building lead magnets, content, and pages to test new products and ICPs
3. Manage SEO and AEO - make sure that we are producing content that ranks
4. Vibecode apps over our data and then spread them using video, partner channels, influencers, etc.
5. Build out and manage dashboards to measure success of growth efforts and experiments and for easy reporting
6. Build activation sequence and distribution loop for our soon-to-be-launched self-serve/PLG motion (B2B and B2C)
7. Establish partnerships for further distribution

1. Systems thinker - we want to use leverage to replicate what works
2. Knowledgable in SEO and AEO, general content and how it ranks
3. Good design eye - you know what looks good
4. Tenacious - make sure we’re showing everywhere
5. Dashboard lover - you want to know what’s going on and build out the systems to make that happen
6. Builder - you vibe code and can help us build apps and videos that people want to see
7. Viral inclination - you have an idea of what people want to see and what goes viral
