What You’ll Do

Helium is growing extremely fast — We’re looking for someone to own Growth Operations, including…

  1. Do whatever it takes to make our customers successful (Onboarding, Activation, Support)
  2. Build the operational infrastructure (processes, automations, tools) for our next 1000 customers
  3. Have a great understanding of our product, and constantly propose and spec improvements
  4. Take on special projects (growth, events, recruiting) that are strategically important
  5. Do whatever it takes to help us 10x revenue over the next 3 months

What We’re Looking For

  1. You have 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced operations environment (startups, consulting, banking, etc)
  2. You get shit done: You have a proven track record of building things, launching game-changing projects, and having impact on tight timelines.
  3. You bring order to chaos: You’re organized and think structurally. You can take a messy problem and turn it into a plan.
  4. You’re a top 1% communicator: People understand you and like you. You’re able to navigate tricky, high-conflict situations with tact.
  5. You’re creative and proactive: You find ways to accelerate your work and get better with ever rep
  6. You’re low ego: You jump on the bug, take the late-night support ticket, and do whatever it takes to solve the problems you face.

Bonus Points

  • Background in a high-intensity environment (consulting, banking, startup, sport, military).
  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup.
  • You use AI to 10x your output while maintaining high standards.
