Now, we’re looking for a Founding Product Designer to define our design culture and own the end-to-end product experience. B2B software is notoriously clunky. We believe it should be delightful, intuitive, and joyful.

## What You’ll Do
1. Own the entire product design process: user journeys, interaction design, and visual language.
2. Partner with engineering and product to bring complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
3. Build a cohesive design system that will scale across products.
4. Shape and nurture the design culture at FurtherAI.
5. Work in-person from our San Francisco office (5 day week).

2. Proven ability to turn complex user problems into elegant solutions
3. Strong communication skills - able to clearly explain design decisions
4. Bonus: experience in consumer/prosumer startups
5. Above all: drive, grit, and ownership. If you excel here, other requirements are secondary
