- Required experience scaling 3+ cafe openings nationwide.
- Strong financial acumen. Understands P&Ls, margins, unit economics.
- Experience leading teams to run and operate a cafe/brick-and-mortar storefront.
- Open new cafe locations and drive expansion strategy globally.
- Build systems/processes for global scale.
- You have startup and/or founder experience.
- Background in fast-growing QSR, cafe brands or venture-backed companies.
- Strong leadership running cafe operations.
- Proven analytical understanding of business economics to run, operate and scale cafes.
- You enjoy fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environments.
- You thrive in chaos and ambiguity (build the plane while flying).
