Role Overview

Novosafe is revolutionizing home security with smart technology, AI, and excellent service. Founded by experienced professionals from Accenture, McKinsey, and Palantir, and backed by Firstlane Ventures, we are building the next market leader in security.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting interested leads (B2B) and converting them into customers.
  • Following up on leads and consistently working towards closing deals.
  • Supporting the B2B sales team and researching potential companies and contacts.
  • Optimizing our sales tech stack and contributing to automation efforts.
  • Assisting in various areas as needed within the young startup environment.

Qualifications

  • Studying Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field, seeking a mandatory internship.
  • Previous internships in startups or in sales/business development are advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Reliable, independent, and results-oriented work approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM or email outreach tools is helpful but not essential.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for a fast-paced environment and ownership.
  • Fluent in German and English.
