What You'll Do:

  1. Own end-to-end product design for key parts of the Emergent platform
  2. Turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
  3. Work closely with engineers and product to ship fast, high-quality features
  4. Design flows, interactions, and UI with strong attention to detail
  5. Contribute to product thinking and not just execution
  6. Help evolve patterns and systems as the product grows

What We're Looking For:

  1. 4+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products
  2. Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals
  3. Comfort working on technical or complex products (you don't need to code, but you should enjoy collaborating with engineers)
  4. Ability to operate in ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete information
  5. Clear communication and strong product intuition
  6. High ownership mindset, you care deeply about what ships

Nice to Have:

  1. Some hands-on experience with code, or a genuine interest in experimenting with it
  2. Experience designing AI-powered products or systems
  3. Familiarity with design systems and scaling patterns
