About Order41

Wholesale is broken. Brands and distributors still rely on spreadsheets, emails, and clunky portals to move products, and it costs them at every step. Order41 fixes that. We are the next generation of wholesale transactions: real-time collaboration, flexible data and workflows, automations – all in one place, all self-service. We help our customers getting the job done faster, make a better use out of their proprietary data and integrate well with their stack.

Our clients sell across five continents. Over 3 million products have moved through Order41, and we have a GMV in excess of EUR 20m/year.

We are looking for the person who is going to build commercial from the ground up, and grow with us.

What you will do

You will be the person at Order41 whose full-time job is bringing in revenue. That means you will shape the sales motion, not just execute it.

  1. Qualify leads by learning about each brand's wholesale challenges and close deals end to end
  2. Build the first GTM playbook from scratch: outreach strategy, content, referrals, pipeline management, and repeatable sales motions
  3. Work closely with the founder to align sales with product and shape marketing channels
  4. Represent Order41 at trade shows and industry events across Europe, North America, and Oceania to generate and nurture new business
  5. Own full pipeline visibility and report on conversion, deal cycles, and revenue growth
  6. As we scale hire and coach the sales team around you

Who You Are

  2. A self-starter: you find process in ambiguity. You don't wait for a playbook you write one.
  3. A confident communicator: you are confident on the phone, compelling in person, and precise in writing. You can turn a demo into a conversation and a conversation into a deal.
  4. A driven competitor: you push yourself to hit targets, but you are also a collaborative teammate who makes the people around you better.

What we are looking for

  1. Strong handle on B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a vertical like fashion, wholesale, distribution, or logistics
  2. A genuine hunger to own a process end to end, from first contact to closed deal
  3. Sharp commercial instinct and the ability to turn a product demo into a pipeline
  4. Comfort with ambiguity and excitement about the challenge of a high-risk, high-reward role
  5. Appetite for learning, with the ability to receive and implement feedback quickly
