Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining real-time/near-real-time software simulation models and system-level simulators for satellite mission rehearsal and operator training. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, test, and maintain software simulation models.
  • Translate customer requirements into executable simulation scenarios.
  • Integrate and debug simulation scenarios.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., systems engineering, flight dynamics, software development).
  • Create automation tools for configuration and deployments.
  • Work within an agile CI/CD environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with C++, Python, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
  • Experience with containerization technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
