Role Overview

Want to work with an award-winning and quickly expanding company? We’re a travel site, making it a doddle to book camping, glamping, and caravan sites all over the world, with over 6,000 to choose from. We are seeking a highly motivated and Multilingual Account Coordinator to join our dynamic, multinational Account Management team. Within this role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding new campsite owners - setting them up for success using our self-serve portal, along with managing renewals and proactively engaging with existing sites to maximise commercial opportunities. This role is home-based in the UK.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent support via email and phone
  2. Coach campsite owners to effectively manage their inventory and pricing using the self-serve online portal
  3. Ensuring each listing meets our quality metrics before activating
  4. Responsible for ensuring accurate site listings are live on Pitchup
  5. Champion process optimisation initiatives, along with your consultative sales skills, to reduce time-to-live and elevate the overall supplier experience
  6. Utilising your consultative sales skills along with data to successfully navigate objections and maximise commercial opportunities
  7. Proactively engage and consult with your portfolio of campsites to optimise their listing performance, driving increased bookings and revenue
  8. Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all partner interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM system
  9. Apply strategic market prioritisation to focus efforts and resources on high-value sites, revenue-driving and new markets
  10. Identify and onboard new revenue streams by activating supplementary pitch types for existing sites
  11. Collaborate seamlessly with the Sales team to transition new sites efficiently to activation.
  12. Partner with the Customer Service team to quickly resolve complex supplier-related inquiries and escalated issues
  13. Provide operational support to the team for various administrative and project-based tasks as needed
  14. Act as a problem solver, resolving issues rapidly and identifying ways to improve the site's experience working with us
  15. Serve as an out-of-office coverage for the Account Management team to maintain business continuity

Candidates will join a nimble Account Management team and will play a key role in contributing to the growth and success of multiple markets. Pitchup will provide all necessary working equipment, but you will need a reliable internet connection and a secure, quiet place to work.

Requirements

We're looking for an articulate, organised, flexible individual, able to provide competent support to market managers and campsite owners. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  1. Proven experience of managing B2B accounts in a fast-paced (ideally e-commerce) environment
  2. Previous experience in telesales would be an advantage
  3. Experience of working with online portals or SaaS solutions
  4. Fluency and outstanding professional command of English and Italian or Dutch
  5. Meticulous, organised and methodical
  6. Internet savvy
  7. Ability to troubleshoot independently
  8. A desire to take a big part in the establishment of Pitchup.com as a modern, creative brand
  9. General administrative skills, as well as experience within a customer-facing sector
  10. Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  11. Switched on
  12. A quiet place to work from in your home
