We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Invoicing/Billing Coordinator to join our lean, passionate team and help us scale with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the CEO and founding team- getting a front-row seat to building a fast-growing company!

- Own the end-to-end invoicing and subscription process for our customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a painless experience.
- Collaborate with sales and CS teams to ensure billing aligns with client expectations and contractual terms.
- Manage and update billing records, customer information, and financial data in our systems (e.g., Xero, Stripe, HubSpot, etc.).
- Track and follow up on outstanding balances and support collections efforts as needed.
- Assist in setting up scalable billing workflows and documentation as we grow.
- Identify and help implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Provide financial reporting and investor reporting as needed.
- Has 2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing and/or accounting support.
- Has 1+ year of experience working in a seed or Series A start up environment.
- Is no stranger to remote work- you’ve been doing it for at least a year and know how to stay connected and productive with a globally distributed team.
- Is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple billing cycles and customer accounts.
- Has hands-on experience working with full-cycle invoicing/subscription processes.
- A self-starter mentality who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building processes from scratch.
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and with customers.
- Leverages technology and automation tools to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.
- Have experience with Xero, Stripe, Pulley and/or Fondo.
- Were the first or early finance hire at a startup.
- Experience scaling an early-stage company from Seed to Series A or beyond…
