About the role

One of India's fastest growing consumer health startups -- Clinikally -- is looking for a seasoned Formulation Scientist. You will create unique product formulations to be delivered to millions of users, and play a vital role in building out a new, fun and inclusive scientific team.

The best fit:

  1. MPharm (Pharmaceutics) or equivalent degree required
  2. Smart and knowledgeable in cosmeceutical manufacturing
  3. Knack for formulations especially in personal care, skin care and hair care
  4. Knows all about Technology transfer + R&D
  5. Can rapidly build and scale a scientific team
  6. Has worked with notable brands

You Will:

  1. Create Rx grade cosmeceutical formulae
  2. Work with our team of in-house doctors to envision condition-specific solutions
  3. Restock lab supplies
  4. Maintain experimental results for our pilot studies
  5. Generate new product ideas
  6. Create rapid prototypes, dye solutions for color matching
  7. Make samples for doctor testing
  8. Supervise production batches
  9. Solve stability problems
  10. Assist in writing product concepts
  11. Present new technologies to non-scientists

Some existing tech: Our proprietary formulations Hair Growth Serum, Niacinamide serum for face, pigmentation cream for skin & sunscreen are great examples of technology that you will work on.
