About Overview

Overview builds AI-powered vision systems that automate inspection on factory floors. Our customers include global leaders such as Tesla, SpaceX, Amazon, Honda, and NVIDIA. We are a fast-growing startup backed by top-tier investors, on a mission to bring the power of cutting-edge AI to manufacturing worldwide.

We are now at an inflection point, and we are looking for a Head of Growth to turbocharge our momentum.

The Role

We are looking for someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves and build from the ground up. This is a high-impact individual contributor role. You will be the first dedicated growth hire at Overview, working closely with the founding team to design, execute, and scale our growth engine.

If you are successful in the role, there will be plenty of opportunity to grow into leadership, but this position starts hands-on and execution-driven.

Your focus: use AI agents and automation tools to help Overview grow faster, smarter, and louder.

We do not care how many years of experience you have. We care if you can move fast, experiment boldly, and use AI as leverage.

What Youll Do

  1. Design and run growth experiments across marketing and outbound
  2. Use AI agents (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude, AgentOps, etc.) to automate lead generation, SEO, campaign ops, and more
  3. Own and refresh our website (no need to code, just ship)
  4. Develop scalable LinkedIn content and community strategies
  5. Identify opportunities for AI-led funnel optimization
  6. Build lightweight CRM workflows, email flows, and automations
  7. Work side-by-side with the founding team to prioritize, test, and iterate

You Might Be a Fit If You

  1. Are fluent in modern AI tools and agentic workflows
  2. Think like a hacker: rapid tests, fast feedback loops, scrappy execution
  3. Have zero fear of diving in and figuring things out: website edits, prompt engineering, cold outreach, you name it
  4. Can operate without layers of hierarchy: you love doing the work
  5. Want a big opportunity and are ready to earn it by delivering results
  6. Bonus: You have built growth machines at an early-stage startup before (but not required)
