About Polygon Labs

Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the Agglayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the Agglayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer. Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Agglayer CDK, Polygon PoS & Katana.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Own the product roadmap for Polygon Fintech Labs, driving prioritization of features and shaping a superior financial UX.
  2. Translate monetization strategies into product requirements and actionable development plans.
  3. Define user stories, journeys, and success metrics, working closely with UX and engineering teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
  4. Lead rapid experimentation cycles, testing concepts to discover product-market fit and determine potential spin-outs.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant product delivery.
  6. Guide development with continuous feedback loops, balancing technical feasibility, user needs, and strategic priorities.

What You’ll Need

  1. 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in web3 or blockchain environments.
  2. Proven track record delivering user-facing dApps, wallets, or financial applications.
  3. Strong product sense with the ability to translate complex technical systems into intuitive user experiences.
  4. Experience driving 0→1 product development, from concept through launch and iteration.
  5. Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with a systems-thinking approach.
  6. Familiarity with compliance, security, and best practices in financial product design.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Prior experience in fintech, DeFi, or web3 incubation labs.
  2. Technical fluency (e.g., smart contracts, blockchain architecture) enabling deep collaboration with engineering.
  3. Strong UX orientation and experience partnering with design teams.
  4. Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments to validate product hypotheses.
