Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the Agglayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the Agglayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer. Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Agglayer CDK, Polygon PoS & Katana.
As Treasury Manager at Polygon Labs, you’ll take ownership of short- and long-term cash management across both fiat and digital assets, ensuring treasury operations are robust, secure, and efficient. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll be instrumental in forecasting cash positions, executing high-value transactions, and collaborating cross-functionally to support liquidity planning for a multi-entity global structure. This is a hands-on role requiring advanced expertise in crypto treasury operations, risk management, and ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
- Manage day-to-day crypto and fiat cash flow across global entities in accordance with tax and corporate structure guidelines
- Own the creation and implementation of treasury management strategy and risk management policies
- Execute fiat and crypto payments, including multi-currency transactions, FX, bridges, exchanges, and swaps
- Maintain weekly treasury balance updates and detailed entries in NetSuite ERP
- Perform due diligence on fund movements, investments, and new initiatives in collaboration with the Finance team
- Model short- and long-term cash forecasts and provide monthly reporting for leadership
- Handle multi-signature wallet configuration and security protocols; mitigate operational wallet risk
- Liaise with financial institutions, crypto custodians, and external OTC partners
- Support cross-functional teams with cash flow optimization and ad hoc treasury-related requests
- 3+ years of crypto-focused treasury management experience
- Advanced knowledge of blockchain-based finance, crypto assets, and multi-sig tools (e.g. Safe)
- Direct experience executing transactions across fiat and crypto platforms
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP for treasury and accounting workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
- Experience collaborating with external OTC desks, exchanges, and institutional custody providers
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying treasury process improvements
- Ability to clearly communicate complex financial topics to non-finance stakeholders
