As a Product Manager in Payments Digital & Design Platform Services, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  1. Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers and aligns with company goals
  2. Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  3. Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  4. Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  5. Oversee day-to-day product management such as requirements gathering and definition, project management, product delivery, client experience and communication, as well as prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results.
  6. Manage client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmaps, and address fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions.
  7. Lead all aspects of program life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field.
  8. Partner with broad range of stakeholders across Structuring, Sales, QR, UX, Marketing, Legal and Technology to deliver business results through strategic capability builds;
  9. Analyze industry trends and the competitor landscape to deliver better products.
  10. Demonstrates a hands-on approach, willing to dive into details and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
  11. Navigates and thrives in ambiguous environments, using strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive clarity and direction

Requirements

  1. 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  2. Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  3. Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  4. Demonstrable experience in building scalable platform services
  5. Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines and/or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements;
  6. Having an aptitude for translating complex business needs into technical requirements and ability to pick up new domains of knowledge and quickly become an expert
  7. Understanding and experience of working within an agile framework - scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement
  8. Demonstrable experience of client centric design practices
  9. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Masters and 5 years of experience in product management
  2. Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
