Role Overview

Escape is seeking a Generalist Marketing Manager to scale content and field marketing efforts, contributing to the mission of making Escape a trusted global reference for AI applied to offensive security. This is a high-impact role with ownership, where the candidate will gradually lead content strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

The Generalist Marketing Manager will support industry events, own event campaigns, prepare assets, and amplify impact. Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving organic lead acquisition through SEO and AEO, from keyword research to content planning and optimization.
  2. Managing and growing Escape’s social media presence, ensuring a consistent voice and positioning.
  3. Supporting and coordinating events (conferences, webinars, Escape-led initiatives), including campaign planning, content assets, and post-event amplification.
  4. Repurposing content across formats (webinars → articles → social posts → videos → newsletters).
  5. Contributing to the creation and repurposing of video content.
  6. Analyzing content performance and continuously identifying new opportunities for growth and lead generation.

About You

Experience

  • 1-2+ years of experience in content marketing or several internships, preferably in cybersecurity or deep tech.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and content creation.
  • Understanding of high-quality, original content.

Skills

  • Native or fluent English language skills.
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new projects.
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end, coordinate multiple initiatives, and keep things on track.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to get others on board through compelling storytelling.
  • Strong interest in technical content creation.
  • Strong attention to detail; design sensitivity and Figma experience are a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Keen interest in Cybersecurity and understanding of web application building.
  • Experience working with video content (scripts, podcasts, YouTube, repurposing).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
