We achieve this with our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals, allowing professionals to book on-demand shifts and facilities to access on-demand talent. ## About Clipboard Health Clipboard Health is a fast-growing Series C marketplace. We are a leader in our Long Term Care vertical and are expanding into several others (Dental Offices, Schools, etc). We are a YC Top Company with a global, remote team of 600+ people. We have been profitable since 2022, and fill millions of shifts annually at partner workplaces across the US, where tens of thousands of professionals work with us every year. We are looking for your help to keep growing so we can serve more professionals and workplaces. ### About the Role We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who will own our nascent online presence and champion the social media strategy for a billion dollar company. You’ll both support our current professionals and bring tens-of-thousands more to the platform as we expand into new fields. Practically, this means we’re looking for someone who: 1. Is deeply user centric: You default to talking to users to inform what content to make (or not to). 2. Understands content strategy: You understand the differences between campaigns designed for views and those designed for activations and how different strategies should be employed across different platforms (e.g., Instagram vs LinkedIn). 3. Can execute fast and at high quality: You can make content that achieves these strategies and have a track record of performance to prove it. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for creating content yourself. 4. Understands influencer partnerships: You’ll own our influencer relationships and have a clear intent for each partnership. 5. Owns user engagement: You’ll be responsible for replying to users, not just to build community and reach, but to inform our own content and business strategies. 6. Can think beyond social: You recognize the value of social media but know when another strategy may be a better tool (e.g., a change to the app). ### Beyond the specific skills above, what will make you successful: 1. Extreme Ownership: The buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You are self-reliant and can get things done in the chaos that is an early-stage startup scaling quickly. 2. Extreme Curiosity: You ask “why” 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, leveraging rich user insights to inform strategy. This role sits in our Marketing Team within the broader Product org. We’d read the following docs from our team prior to applying: the Product Team Standards, Product Team Recruiting, and Product Team Structure. We are currently accepting applications only from candidates based <1hr from a major US city (>500K population). This requirement is rooted in the need to create content and have access to a large pool of professionals. 2. Travel up to 25% of the time is expected for this role. Travel will predominantly be to document and support events hosted by Clipboard (e.g., job fairs).
