As Head of Growth, you’ll work directly with the CEO to build Tivara’s go-to-market engine from the ground up. This is an early, high-trust, high-ownership role: you’ll be equal parts growth, sales, and “chief generalist” — whatever it takes to generate top-of-funnel, move opportunities through the funnel, and close enterprise deals.
You’ll spend real time with operators: clinic leaders, PE partners, and frontline teams.
- Build an Enterprise Pipeline: Define our ICP, map the market, build target lists, and create an outbound motion that consistently turns cold outreach into warm conversations with decision-makers.
- Own Full-Cycle Sales in a Complex Domain: Work with the founders to run discovery, give demos, scope pilots, navigate procurement/security/compliance, coordinate internal resources, and negotiate terms through signature.
- Grease Funnel + Revenue Ops: Build lightweight systems that make us faster. Qualification frameworks, follow-up cadences, pipeline reviews, forecasting, CRM, and tight feedback loops with product.
- Lead Customer Expansion: Turn our success within existing customers into expansion.
