Responsibilities

  1. The role involves working directly with customers to address their technical questions and concerns.
  2. Collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to deliver solutions to clients.
  3. Successfully manage on-boarding of new client accounts.
  4. Maintaining relationships with key clients and resolving technical issues.
  5. Identifying opportunities to expand our client base.
  6. Creating and delivering technical presentations and training materials.
  7. Proactively looking for opportunities to improve our products and services.

Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as a Technical Account Executive or similar role.
  2. Experience with SaaS products.
  3. Deep understanding of SaaS billing and pricing models.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently.
  6. A team-oriented approach to problem solving.
